My husband and I purchased new furniture, so while we moved out the old furniture, we discovered it left black stains in the carpet! We were hosting a Christmas party that same week, so of course we panicked! They came over within that week and got all stains out! We have used them for 18 years, and they still amaze us how they get our carpets clean. They also are great at pet stains.
